How did you start playing badminton and when?

At the age of 9 at Llanfairfechan B.C where my parents were members.

2 or 3 of your best achievements so far?

Winning multiple international tournaments including welsh open doubles and mixed. And achieving 100 caps for Wales.

Favourite Mid Glamorgan moment?

Having a 100% record in my first county match for Mid Glamorgan.

Interesting fact about yourself that not many people know about?

I once competed for Wales in a Rock Climbing competition. There wasn’t much else to do when I was younger so I became pretty good at it. I can now scale buildings – of any size!!
