18 months ago I trimmed down from 18.5 stone to 14 stone.

Due to my love of Lager and lunches I was not happy to find that after cutting down on my fitness regime for approx 3.5 months mym weight has ballooned to 16 stone 8. Not impressed.

So my diet begins today - I will chart my progress as I want to lose this weight and get down to 13.5 if possible in 3 to 4 months tops.

Watch this space :)

I had the pleasure of getting put through my paces tonight at Richard's Academy. I really enjoyed the session although at the ripe age of 32 decided if I am to attend and do sprints at the END of a session I need to lose another stone and a half - that means NO LAGER, NO CR4P FOOD, NO 2 HOUR LUNCHES (at least for a while) - I am in Big trouble - but it has to be done - I am not doing pressups in front of mr Day !

Also saw Liam Ingram and Garreth Cox tonight, I hope both will attend the county - guys do it !

Richard's site can be reached at http://www.richardvaughan.net
