Richard Vaughan Academy

I had the pleasure of getting put through my paces tonight at Richard's Academy. I really enjoyed the session although at the ripe age of 32 decided if I am to attend and do sprints at the END of a session I need to lose another stone and a half - that means NO LAGER, NO CR4P FOOD, NO 2 HOUR LUNCHES (at least for a while) - I am in Big trouble - but it has to be done - I am not doing pressups in front of mr Day !Also saw Liam Ingram and Garreth Cox tonight, I hope both will attend the county - guys do it !
Richard's site can be reached at http://www.richardvaughan.net

We have put our new Article/News/Blog software live. I toyed with the idea of creating content in parallel but have decided to just fly with it.Looking for authors to help maintain the content. Any takers ?
Selection Session

The selection sessions are being well attended by the men but the ladies turnout was again poor. Some members work which cannot be avoided and others had prior committments - this session was sprung on everyone. Hopefully we can find a day that will benefit more ladies.
We had a new addition to the team, Michelle Smith will I am sure be a valuable asset to the team.
The Mens singles games were very good entertainment for people to watch.

Just installed our new article, blog, news tool. We are one match into the season and thinks are looking good. Still lots to sort out, team kit, repatriation of members, on going funding, transport for away matches and all the general admin that goes with the web site. Going to edit the main site over the weekend to get rid of the big paint items and put some proper content out there. Session tomorrow will be interesting with all the men competing for places. SR over and out.
