Mid Glamorgan travel to Worcestshire today to face what we expect to be our toughest match.

The battle at Barnt Green has almost been an annual event as this will be the third Worcester badmintion side we have faced since joining the English ICC.

It is a testament to the strength and depth of Worcester that they can field so many teams, and of course we shall do our best to take this one down as we have with all their previous teams.

Travelling to Worcester today is a strong away team, more will be added to this article as they day progresses, the match kicks off (in what I am sure will be a very cold dark hall - unless Barnt Green has changed) at 12.30pm.

Match update - going into the doubles Mid Glam are 4 - 0 up. Singles won by Richard Vaughan, Martyn Lewis, Piret Vaughan and Vikki Jones.

Simon Archer is playing doubles which will no doubt make for a great set of mens doubles.

Archer and Partner go down to the Lewis brothers in 3. Vaughan and Cox also won in three.
