The Mid Glamorgan AGM was held on Saturday 7th June at 11AM at St Cenydd Leisure Centre.

The turnout was very poor, however I would like to thank those who made the effore to come and additionally those members who gave their apologies for non attendance in advance.

The minutes of the meeting and the constitution proposed will be available on the news section sometime in the next 7 days.

As you may or may not be aware our fixture secretary Roy Watkins has stepped down, we would like to this opportunity to thank Roy for all his efforts in the past year.

The following is a brief breakdown of the AGM:-a constituion was proposed, a financial statement was given, questions were taken from the floor and a number of amendments were made to the committee, it was decided there should be a general committee and a sub committee.

Nominations put forward were the creation of a President, the merging of Secretary and Fixture Secretary roles, the creation of two new roles, firstly a training secretary and secondly a WBU liason and Funding Officer - these are to form the General Committee. Two others members were taken on to form a sub committee who would help out on duties when and where they could, and finally a web maintenance role was agreed so that better use of the website could be made.

No one emailed any questions they wanted answered by the committee, which was quite dissapointing.
